A visit to Camping San Vicente must be linked to an exquisite paella, the most popular and international Valencian dish. With products from the garden, they will let you taste any of our rice dishes.
Paella (Valencian rice), is the star of the gastronomy in our area.
In addition to the internationalized Valencian paella, you can enjoy other possibilities such as Arroz a banda or Arroz del Senyoret, a dry dish made from fish stock; Paella Alicantina, with pork ribs and chickpeas; Fideuà, prepared with fish broth (rockfish and monkfish, noodles are added instead of rice); Paella Mixta, with meat, fish, and vegetables, Paella Vegetariana, made with all kinds of vegetables (depending on the season); Arroz al horno (Baked Rice), covered with pork ribs, blood sausage (morcilla), potatoes, chickpeas, and a whole head of garlic; Arroz negro (Black Rice) which acquires its color from cuttlefish ink; or Arròs fesols i nap, a soupy dish made from poultry, a small addition of pork, beans or green beans, and turnip. Very special and exquisite.
