ACCOMMODATIONS

Check-in: 17:00 (5:00 PM) in high season, with the possibility of entering earlier without any problem if the cleaning staff has finished cleaning it.
Check-out: 11:00 AM; the keys must be at reception by 12:00 PM.
The authorized capacity of the studio or bungalow cannot be exceeded, counting as a spot whether it is an adult, a child, or a baby.
Living-dining room-kitchen, refrigerator with freezer, kitchenware, some with a sofa, TV, etc.
Fully adapted bathroom and hot water.
Sheets, towels, or blankets are not included.
Dogs are allowed in some accommodations, always properly tied and never loose.
Cash deposit required upon arrival: €60 (Studios) / €100 (Other accommodations)

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

The reservation requires an advance payment of between 50% of the stay, made by bank transfer or credit card.
The Campsite reserves the right, due to planning needs, to substitute the selected pitch or bungalow for one of similar characteristics and located as close as possible to the one selected.

RESERVATION MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION FEES

40% of the amount paid will be refunded up to 31 days before arrival, 25% of the amount paid between 31 and 15 days before arrival, 5% of the amount paid between 15 and 10 days before arrival, and 0% of the amount paid between 10 and 0 days before arrival.

If the client does not show up or give notice on the scheduled day of arrival, it will be understood that the pitch or bungalow is at the disposal of the campsite. If any date changes are made, the cancellation fees will be charged based on the first reservation made. If, after any modification, the total amount of the reservation is lower than the amount paid in the first reservation, the money will not be refunded.

CHECK-IN Y CHECK-OUT

If your arrival will be after 21:00 (9:00 PM), you must notify us in advance by phone or email.
The client and all accompanying persons over 16 years of age must bring their ID (or identity card from another country), passport, residence permit, or driver’s license (the latter only if they have Spanish nationality).
Payment for accommodations (studio, bungalow, apartment, chalet): before receiving the keys, the client must make the advance payment for the contracted stay and also pay a cash deposit of €60 (studios) and €100 (bungalow, apartment, chalet), per accommodation, to cover cleaning, maintenance, or theft from the bungalow.
Payment in case of a pitch: payment can generally be made throughout the stay; however, advance payment may be required due to planning needs.
On the day of departure, the deposits will be returned if the bungalow is left in the same conditions as it was delivered on the day of arrival.
The Campsite reserves the right, due to planning needs, to substitute the selected pitch or bungalow for one of similar characteristics and located as close as possible to the one selected.

SCHEDULES

Departure time: 11:00 AM; the keys must be at Reception by 12:00 PM.
In low season: Check-in time can be from 10:00 AM and check-out around 6:00 PM, with a minimum stay of 2 nights for this schedule, subject to availability and prior consultation with reception.
In low season: it is not permitted to drive, enter, or leave the campsite with a vehicle from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. The time of entry to the campsite can be delayed with prior notice at reception by calling 962 888 188.
In high season: it is not permitted to drive, enter, or leave the campsite with a vehicle from 00:00 (12:00 AM) until 8:00 AM.

OTHER RULES

Visits: Entry is reserved for campers. Reception must pre-authorize the entry of family and friends. The visiting time will be limited to one hour. Exceeding that time or using any service will imply that the visitor has to pay for the visit.
Supplies: Sheets and towels are not included in the bungalow. Neither are blankets.
Occupancy: The authorized capacity for each pitch/bungalow contract cannot be exceeded, counting as an occupant whether it is an adult, child, or baby. In the case of pitches, children under 2 years of age will not be charged.
Dogs: Owners must prevent their animals from disturbing other neighbors with barking. Also, if they relieve themselves inside the campsite premises, the owners must clean it up. In the case of repeated complaints regarding this, they will have to leave the campsite.
Electricity: Electricity consumption for accommodations in low season is paid separately according to usage.
Internal Rules: Users of the bungalow or pitch agree to follow the campsite’s internal regulations.
Use of Scooters: The circulation of any personal mobility vehicle in any of its forms is prohibited inside the campsite facilities: two-wheeled electric scooter, electric unicycle, Segway, Hoverboard, electric skateboard, and any other that fits this definition, with the exception of vehicles for people with reduced mobility. Failure to comply with this measure may lead to the expulsion of the user from the campsite facilities.
