Discover our wooden house located right on the beachfront, a unique and cozy space within Camping San Vicente. This accommodation is suitable for 2–4 people and features a separate bedroom and a living/dining area with a sofa bed.

It includes a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, cookware, and all necessary utensils, 1 full bathroom, a separate dining area with TV, and a terrace with tables and chairs for outdoor use. This accommodation offers stunning sea views, perfect for enjoying wonderful moments during the warmer seasons.

We offer different types of studios. Please contact us when making your reservation, and we will inform you which option best suits your needs.

Rental Conditions

Vehicle entry into the campsite is prohibited; accommodation vehicles must be parked in the free parking area located in front of the campsite.
The reservation requires a minimum advance payment of 50%, or you can pay the full amount in advance if preferred.
Cash deposit required: €60 for studios, €100 for all other accommodations. The deposit will be refunded if the accommodation is returned in the same condition of tidiness and cleanliness (free of trash and with clean kitchenware).
Check-in: 5:00 PM during high season, with the possibility of early entry if the cleaning staff has finished.
During low/medium season, check-in is possible from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (please confirm in advance by phone).

Frequently Asked Questions

Check-out: 11:00 AM during high season. Afterwards, your accommodation will be inspected, which usually takes 5–10 minutes. The security deposit will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same clean and orderly condition.
Maximum occupancy: 2–4 people (adults, children, or babies).
Double bed 1.35 m + sofa bed 1.35 m.
Sheets, towels, and blankets are not included.
Dogs are allowed, but must always be kept on a leash and never off-leash (pets are strictly prohibited from being on the furniture). Additional cost per season: €1.50 in low season, €1.80 in July, and €2.00 in August.
